"I am a board member for a local charity. At one of our charity houses, we have had water pressure and water heater problems for a long time. We had multiple large plumbing companies check out the issue and they all mentioned it was the water heater that was causing the pressure issues. Quotes were between $2k to $3k to replace the water heater and relocate it. Cotton City Plumbing was called out for one last chance at a better solution. After a service fee of only $160 for 1 hour of work, the problem was solved. It had nothing to do with the water heater, but they took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of quoting a large fee for a bigger solution.
